The Steelcase Leap V2 is what office designers buy for themselves. It has 11 adjustments. A flexing backrest that follows your spine. A seat that slides forward for shorter legs. It's been the benchmark for a decade because nothing else gets it as right.
We source them from offices upgrading their fleets, strip them down, replace what wears out, and ship them to you.

STEP 1 — SOURCE
We buy retired Leap V2s from corporate offices and coworking spaces. Every chair we buy has under 8 years of use. No mystery imports, no auction-house gambles.
STEP 2 — STRIP
We take the chair apart down to the frame. The frame and mechanism — the parts Steelcase warranties for 12 years — get a 30-point inspection.
STEP 3 — REFURB
New gas cylinder. New casters. Foam checked and replaced where needed. Upholstery deep-cleaned. All 11 adjustments tested by hand.
STEP 4 — SHIP
Boxed in protective packaging. Insured freight to your door. Sign for it, sit on it, and if anything's wrong in the first 7 days, we replace it.
No surprises

Honestly, only you can answer that. Here's the math: a new one is ₹1,03,900. A sketchy OLX listing is ₹12–18k with no warranty and no shipping. Ours is the same chair Steelcase built — with new wear parts and a real warranty — at roughly a quarter of new. If you sit 6+ hours a day, the back-pain math works out fast.
Three things. One, we replace the parts that actually fail before we ship — new cylinder, new casters, mechanism serviced. Two, we offer a 6-month warranty; OLX sellers don't. Three, we ship anywhere in India insured, instead of you driving across town to inspect a chair.

Most are between 3 and 7 years old. We don't accept chairs over 8 years old. The Leap V2 frame is warrantied by Steelcase for 12 years, so even a 7-year-old chair is structurally past its midpoint, not its end.
