Real Leap V2s. We source them from offices in India that are upgrading. Every chair has its original Steelcase tag underneath the seat.
Most are between 3 and 7 years old. Steelcase warranties the frame and mechanism for 12 years, so even at 7 years, the structure is far from its end of life. We don't accept chairs over 8 years old.
No, and we don't pretend otherwise. The fabric is professionally cleaned and will be free of stains and odour, but you'll see normal wear. If you want a near-new look, we can reupholster on request for ₹4,500 extra (3-week lead time).

Yes, wherever you are. Before we ship, we'll get on a video call and walk you through the exact chair you're getting — every mark, every adjustment, the cylinder and the recline. You approve it, then we dispatch. If you're in Surat, you're welcome to visit the workshop in person. Either way, drop us a WhatsApp.
